Rudi joins Fahmy Hoessein and Partners in 2009. Prior to that he started his carrier as a junior lawyer and furnish as an expert lawyer in Soemarjono, Herman & Partners Law firm. He specialized in Corporate, Capital Market Law and Agribusiness. Rudy has been practices as a lawyer for quite some time, few of his works are assisting several companies include Foreign Investment Company in every corporate legal actions in Indonesia such as; establishing of a new company, carrying company’s licenses, convening an annual or extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, legal drafting (any kind of contract, legal letter in litigation and non litigation case), preparing a legal due diligence, issuing a legal opinion in any kind of corporate transaction, legal restructuring of a company, settle a labor case in a company, represent a company in dealing with the government or the third party, represent a company in any dispute to the third party, bankruptcy and liquidation process, and assisting any other legal corporate action which might be deemed necessary.
