Nadya joins Fahmy Hoessein and Partners in December 2011, after she graduated and awarded a LLM degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam in March 2011. She has a big interest in company restructuring, acquisition, mining and corporate governance. At the moment, she is working on mining contract drafting of several holding groups, restructuring of several issuers and other various projects. Nadya hold her bachelor degree from Atmajaya Catholic University in 2007, with Cum Laude predicate. |
