He joined Fahmy Hoessen and Partners in early 2012. Prior joining Fahmy Hoessein and Partners, he has worked in various law firms and International NGO’s as a Public Policy Consultant. From his experiences he has a deep knowledge in litigation as well as in corporate matters, project management and public policy.

Since joining Fahmy Hoessen and Partners, he has worked on the incorporation of various foreign capital investment companies along with all required licenses and approvals. He has also been extensively involved in major transactions in plantation, mining, restructuring and also acquisition projects for both foreign and local companies.

His practice areas include banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, mining, plantation, capital markets, foreign capital investment, bussines contract drafting and review, litigation, as well as general corporate and commercial law.

He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) allowing him bar admittance in all judicial courts throughout Indonesia. He graduated from the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta Faculty of Law in 2001. He speaks Indonesian and English.
